No DSL connection :-(

Dear customers, since yesterday morning, our telephone line and DSL connection are out of order.

Our ISP doesn't seem fast at fixing the line.

We are trying to stay in touch but it's not easy (i.e. slow). We are sorry if we answer late but this is beyond our control.
